Our Products
We produce all kind of woven fabric qualities of plain, twill, percale, satin, dobby design in Greige (loom state), white, dyed and printed form with the composition of 100%cotton, Poly/cotton and CVC as well as made ups of Home Linen, Hotel Linen, Hospital linen,Woven Garments and Terry Towel. We also produce knitting fabric like 100% cotton, poly/cotton, CVC cotton/spandex and poly/cotton spandex in single jersey, French terry, fleece, mélange, interlock, Rib, pique and honey combed fabric with the process of white, dyed and printed as well as its fabric width ranges from 40”-110”. Onward we produce knitwear products like T-shirts, polo-shirts, top-tank, hoody, jogging trousers, sweat shirts and boxer shorts.

Manufacturing
Our manufacturing and quality control starts right from the beginning by selecting the best quality yarn in terms of exact yarn count, evenness, hairiness and tear strength. We Are Specialized In Following Fields:
Weaving

We have a combination of Air jet Looms, Sulzer Shuttle less Looms, Auto Looms and Power Looms on which we can construct qualities & widths according to customer requirements. In order to deliver the best quality we consume A-grade yarn to weave the fabric.
Processing
We have engaged very good Units for Continuous Bleach, Kare Bleach, IR Continuous Dyeing, Jigger Dyeing, Reactive Thermosol Dyeing, Vat Dyeing and Pigment/Reactive Rotary, Digital, Panel Printing.
Stitching
We have a very good set-up of all machines including cutting, stitching & quilting machines. Under the supervision of our Quality Control Managers everything is considered keenly from Cutting to packing process.
